THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:
ELEVATED THUNDERSTORM RISK.
ELEVATED FLOODING RISK.

DISCUSSION:

THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL INCREASE OVER NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS
LATE THIS EVENING AND OVERNIGHT WITH POTENTIAL GRADUALLY SPREADING
EAST. THUNDERSTORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BE SEVERE BUT ARE LIKELY
TO PRODUCE BRIEF PERIODS OF TORRENTIAL RAIN THAT COULD RESULT IN
LOCALIZED FLOODING DUE TO WET ANTECEDENT CONDITIONS.

FLOODING WILL CONTINUE ALONG PORTIONS OF THE KANKAKEE RIVER.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

SATURDAY...
LIMITED FLOODING RISK.
ELEVATED THUNDERSTORM RISK.
SUNDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...
LIMITED THUNDERSTORM RISK.

DISCUSSION:

ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED AT TIMES ON
SATURDAY. PERIODS OF HEAVY RAINFALL WILL ONCE AGAIN BE POSSIBLE
WITH SOME OF THESE STORMS.

FLOODING WILL CONTINUE ALONG PORTIONS OF THE KANKAKEE RIVER.
