WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:
SIGNIFICANT THUNDERSTORM RISK...WITH AN ASSOCIATED:
LIMITED THUNDERSTORM WIND DAMAGE RISK...UP TO 50 MPH.
LIMITED FLOOD RISK...LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL WITH
THUNDERSTORMS.

DISCUSSION:

THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND
NORTHWEST INDIANA THROUGH THIS EVENING. WIDESPREAD SEVERE WEATHER
IS NOT EXPECTED...THOUGH THE STRONGEST STORMS MAY BE CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING WIND GUSTS TO 50 MPH IN ADDITION TO LOCALLY HEAVY
RAINFALL.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

WEDNESDAY...
LIMITED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM RISK.
FRIDAY AND SATURDAY...
LIMITED THUNDERSTORM RISK.

DISCUSSION:

THE LIMITED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM RISK ON WEDNESDAY IS ACROSS THE
ENTIRE OUTLOOK AREA. ANY STRONGER STORM WILL BE ISOLATED ACROSS
NORTHERN ILLINOIS IN THE MORNING THOUGH...WITH HIGHER CHANCES OF
MORE ORGANIZED STORMS EXPECTED IN THE AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING
ALONG AND SOUTHEAST OF A MENDOTA TO CHICAGO IL LINE.
