WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO STRENGTHEN THROUGH THIS EVENING WITH GUSTS
UP TO 45 MPH ALONG THE LAKE FRONT AND 35 TO 40 MPH NORTH OF
INTERSTATE 80 WITH BLIZZARD OR NEAR BLIZZARD CONDITIONS THROUGH
LATE THIS EVENING. SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 80 STRONG GUSTY WINDS AND
REDUCED VISIBILITY IN BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW AS WELL TONIGHT.
MINOR LAKESHORE FLOODING IS LIKELY ALONG THE ILLINOIS SHORE THIS
AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.
