THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

THERE IS A CHANCE OF A FEW THUNDERSTORMS OVER PORTIONS OF NORTH
CENTRAL ILLINOIS AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT...MAINLY ALONG AND WEST
OF THE INTERSTATE 39 CORRIDOR. HEAVY DOWNPOURS WILL BE POSSIBLE
WITH THE STRONGER STORMS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.

THERE IS A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS TUESDAY MORNING PRIMARILY OVER
PORTIONS OF NORTHERN ILLINOIS MAINLY WEST AND SOUTHWEST OF
THE I-55 CORRIDOR.

THUNDERSTORMS ARE LIKELY TUESDAY NIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY ACROSS
THE AREA AS A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVES THROUGH THE UPPER
MIDWEST. THERE DOES APPEAR TO BE SOME POTENTIAL FOR SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING STRONG...DAMAGING WINDS AND MARGINALLY
SEVERE HAIL.

WIDESPREAD HEAVY RAINFALL OF 1.5 TO 2 INCHES IS LIKELY...WITH
LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS...POSSIBLY AS MUCH AS 3 TO 5 INCHES...
POSSIBLE OVER AREAS OF REPEATED...TRAINING THUNDERSTORM
DEVELOPMENT.
