CONSTRUCTIONS SITES WHERE LOOSE MATERIALS MAY BECOME AIRBORNE
AND UNSUPPORTED WALLS MAY NOT BE ABLE TO REMAIN STANDING...AND
FOR MOTORISTS AND PEDESTRIANS ALIKE WITH LOOSE OBJECTS AND
