Illinois...northeast Illinois and northwest Indiana.

Elevated Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Limited Tornado Risk.
Limited Hail Risk...up to half dollar size.
Limited Damaging Wind Risk...up to 65 mph.
Limited Flooding Risk.
DISCUSSION...
A line of thunderstorms will move from west to east across the
area this morning. The threat of severe weather is low with these
morning storms, though localized gusty winds of 40 to 50 mph and
some small hail is possible.
Scattered thunderstorms will likely redevelop this afternoon,
some of which could be strong to severe. Severe storms will be
possible across the entire area this afternoon, though the highest
threat is expected east of the interstate 55 corridor across
eastern Illinois and northwest Indiana.
