This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northeast Illinois and northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk toward daybreak west of I-39.

DISCUSSION...

Mostly dry conditions are expected, but there is a slight chance
for some thunderstorms to develop before 7 AM west of I-39 Sunday
morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Sunday...
Elevated Thunderstorm Risk, mainly south of I-88, with an:
Elevated Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Elevated Flooding Risk, mainly south of I-88.
Monday and Tuesday...
Limited Afternoon Thunderstorm Risk.
Friday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Additional waves of thunderstorms are likely on Sunday into
Sunday evening. Some of these storms may become severe in the
afternoon into the early evening with large hail, damaging winds,
and possibly tornadoes. At this time, the highest threat area for
these severe thunderstorms is well south of Interstate 88 across
central parts of Illinois and Indiana.

Any focused corridors of heavy rainfall from thunderstorms on
Sunday may result in localized flooding.

While many dry hours can be expected on Monday and Tuesday,
widely scattered showers and a few isolated thunderstorms will be
possible in the mid afternoon through early evening both days.

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
