...Locally dense fog late this evening and in the early morning
hours...
Visibilities in fog are decreasing along and south of Interstate
90 in northeast Illinois range from one quarter mile to three
quarters of a mile in many locations. As a warm front moves
across the area tonight, expect similar conditions for several
hours to spread across the remainder of northeast Illinois and
northwest Indiana. Locally dense fog can be expected in some
locations...with most locations seeing at least one half mile to
three quarter mile visibilities. Late evening holiday travelers
are urged caution and to slow down when encountering dense fog.
