.THE FIRST ACCUMULATING SNOW OF THE SEASON WILL UNFOLD ACROSS THE
REGION BEGINNING FRIDAY EVENING AND PERSISTING THROUGH THE DAY
SATURDAY. PRECIPITATION WILL LIKELY TRANSITION FROM A RAIN AND
SNOW MIX EARLY IN THE EVENING TO ALL SNOW. WARM GROUND...ESPECIALLY
PAVEMENT...WILL INITIALLY LIMIT ACCUMULATIONS ON SURFACES FRIDAY
EVENING. HOWEVER RATES ARE EXPECTED TO INCREASE OVERNIGHT FRIDAY
NIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING. THIS WILL ALLOW FOR SNOW TO
