SNOW MIX EARLY THIS EVENING TO ALL SNOW LATER TONIGHT. WARM
GROUND TEMPERATURES...ESPECIALLY PAVEMENT...WILL INITIALLY LIMIT
ACCUMULATIONS ON SURFACES THIS EVENING. HOWEVER SNOWFALL RATES
