...STRONG WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS GUSTS THIS AFTERNOON AND
OVERNIGHT...
Strong and gusty west winds will pick up through the late
afternoon hours initially near the I-39 corridor and will then
spread east across the rest of the region through the evening and
overnight. Wind gusts up to 45 mph are expected, with some
sporadic gusts to 50 mph possible mainly overnight. These winds
could blow around unsecured objects and also make driving
difficult for high profile vehicles. Wind gusts will subside
through Friday morning and afternoon.
