...Light icing possible overnight into pre-dawn hours...

While there may be some light snow or sleet prior to 3 am, patches
of light rain or drizzle are likely to become more prevalent
overnight. Air temperatures are increasing and will warm to above
freezing overnight. However, some pavement temperatures are
likely to warm at a slower rate and may remain below freezing
until sunrise or even slightly after, especially near the
Wisconsin state line. If this occurs, this will result in light
freezing rain or drizzle, and potentially minor icing.

Hazardous travel is possible overnight due to isolated slick road
conditions, especially on elevated surfaces such as bridges. In
areas mainly north of I-88, there could be some icing remaining
into the early Tuesday morning hours. Plan for possible extra
commute time early Tuesday morning.
