COVER...WIND CHILLS WILL DROP TO 10 BELOW TO 15 BELOW ZERO DURING
THE COLDEST EARLY MORNING PERIODS.
THERE IS A CHANCE OF LIGHT SNOW LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY
MORNING ACROSS MAINLY SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF THE OUTLOOK AREA. MINOR
