EVENING.

* AFFECTED AREA...NORTHERN ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

* WINDS...SOUTH 20 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH.

* TIMING...THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL DEVELOP LATE THIS MORNING
THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON AND AID IN LOWERING RELATIVE HUMIDITY
VALUES.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...AS LOW AS 20 TO 25 PERCENT.
