POSSIBLY FREEZE ON CONTACT WITH THE GROUND AND ANY EXPOSED
SURFACES. AS A RESULT...LIGHT ICE DEPOSITS MAY DEVELOP ON AREA
ROADWAYS...WITH BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES BEING MOST SUSCEPTIBLE TO
DEVELOPING SLICK CONDITIONS.
